I can be your personal leadership guide to help you become the influential and admired leader you’ve always wanted to be. I served for over 25 years as an officer in the Canadian Army. Since leaving the military I have coached and consulted with some of the most demanding clients in the public and private sectors. I know how to lead in the trenches, not just in theory. This comes from leading and managing organizations of several hundred people on life-threatening missions in the most demanding conditions. It also comes from years of helping entrepreneurs, managers, professionals, and executives in all walks of life to achieve their professional and organizational goals with efficiency and proficiency.

The objective is to get you leading in a more confident and effective manner as quickly as possible. This option is perfect if you’re facing particularly thorny issues with your team or you would like to improve a specific aspect of your leadership. I believe in building on strengths. We will start by looking at your objectives as well as your strengths and areas for improvement, as you report them to me. This may include a self-assessment that will help us hone in on focus areas. I will provide my honest feedback to you in as cogent and effective a manner as possible given the information you provide. You can contact me if you’re making plans and formulating direction to your team, preparing for an important team meeting, or to rehearse giving difficult feedback to a subordinate. These are just examples, and anything related to your leadership is on the table.
The fee for 6 months of Basic Leadership Mentoring is $3,500 Canadian, plus applicable taxes, which distinguishes those who are serious about making a quantum leap in their leadership. You get access to me from 9AM to 5PM eastern on weekdays. You can contact me by phone, email, or videoconference. I will return all phone messages within 90 minutes if during working hours and emails within 24 hours during workdays. We can also arrange to meet in person on occasion if mutually convenient.

This is for clients who want to work on specific objectives but who need a detailed plan with milestones and accountability to someone else to make real progress. The fee for this service is $6,500 Canadian, plus applicable taxes, for 6 months of Guided Leadership Mentoring. The fee also includes all of the Basic Leadership Mentoring Option. We will identify your objectives, create an action plan, and then you will carry it out with my guidance along the way. This could include the acquisition of skills and competencies, or behaviours that you need to change to become a better leader. We also will have regular calls to review progress and hold you accountable, so you don’t just say you will do something, but will actually have do it as well.

This is for managers and executives who are seeking tailored in-person coaching to improve specific leadership skills and behaviours, or who need personalized coaching in the work environment. I only work with a limited number of Executive Leadership Coaching clients at any one time, in order to ensure the best possible outcomes. This option may include any or all of the following, or other elements as required:
